Sending us your handset WORK ORDER FORM (download) - Please create back-ups for all your data and software, including personal information such as contact lists, 3rd-party software, etc. This information will not be saved during the repair process.
- Remove all accessories and keep them in a safe place.
This includes: batteries, back covers, holsters, clips and any aftermarket accessories. Do not ship original box provided with the phone. CF Repair Center will not be responsible for any of these items.
- If you have a GSM phone, please remove the SIM card from your phone.
- Please keep the confirmation # for future references and to check your repair status.
